1General Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the gosizi platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. gosizi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform.

• Gosizi is open to users of legal age (18+) only.
• These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
• Gosizi reserves the right to remove any user from the platform without providing a reason.
• Use of gosizi is prohibited in jurisdictions where such services are not legally permitted.

2Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on gosizi. Accounts created with false information may be terminated. Each user is permitted to hold only one account.

• You must provide your correct name, email, mobile number, and date of birth during registration.
• Multiple accounts per person are not permitted — if detected, all associated accounts and balances may be permanently forfeited.
• KYC verification using a government-issued ID (NID or passport) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. gosizi will not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from sharing this information with others.
• Gosizi may immediately suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on gosizi are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and are typically processed within minutes.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100. Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Gosizi does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, fees imposed by the payment provider may apply.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above BDT 5,000 require completed KYC verification.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, gosizi is obligated to freeze the transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gosizi regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own terms, and failure to meet those terms may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users only and can be claimed once per person.
• The required wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 15x–35x).
• Bonus funds cannot be used on all games — certain games may be excluded from wagering contributions.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Gosizi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Free spins must be used within 7 days of being awarded, or they will expire.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on gosizi is governed by specific rules. Players are required to follow these rules — failure to do so may result in bets being voided.

• Sports betting will be settled after the official result is announced. If an event is cancelled, your bet will be refunded.

7Account Closure & Termination Policy

Gosizi may suspend or permanently close a user's account under certain circumstances. In such cases, any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned.

• Registering with false information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system.
• Using bots or automated software.
• Suspected money laundering or financial fraud.
• Abusive behaviour toward gosizi staff.

8Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with gosizi, please contact our support team first. We will do our best to resolve the matter within 72 hours.

• Claims submitted more than 14 days after the date of the complaint will not be accepted.
• If you are not satisfied with gosizi's decision, you have the option to pursue international arbitration.
• The rules of gosizi's licensing authority will apply to the resolution of all disputes.

9Limitation of Liability

Gosizi strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, there are certain circumstances for which gosizi will not be held liable.

• Game or bet losses due to internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment provider issues.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Issues with the user's own device or network.
